After posting an article about wood in your low fat food, Full Throttle Fitness members started asking questions on our facebook page about what to eat instead of low fat products. Our body’s are designed to process natural fats. The problem most times is that people consume too much of them. So inspired by that discussion. Here is a fabulous recipe with some zip that in moderation will excite your salad and your scale at the same time!
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- Drain excess water from the can of tomatoes and chilies and combine with the ranch dressing mix, sour cream and mix well.
