Add a scoop of Protien to this smoothie and have it for your mid morning snack.
- 7 fl oz cranberry juice
- 6 oz frozen raspberries, defrosted
- 3½ fl oz milk
- 7 fl oz natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp caster sugar, or to taste
- mint sprigs, to serve
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve topped with fresh mint.
