Add a scoop of Protien to this smoothie and have it for your mid morning snack.

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 7 fl oz cranberry juice
  • 6 oz frozen raspberries, defrosted
  • 3½ fl oz milk
  • 7 fl oz natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar, or to taste
  • mint sprigs, to serve

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve topped with fresh mint.
